📦 Refund & Return Policy (Damaged & Defective Items)

At Rusty's, your satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully package and ship every order, but in the rare case your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

 


 

🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send us an email at da1store4u@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

    • A short description of the issue

Once approved, you can choose one of the following options:

  1. Replacement – We’ll send you a new item at no additional cost.

  2. Refund – We’ll refund your purchase to the original payment method.

For low-cost items, we may not require the item to be returned. In such cases, you can dispose of it at your convenience.

 


 

🔄 Returns (Non-Damaged Items)

  • We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was damaged/defective).

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

 


 

⏱ Processing Time

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Replacement orders are shipped within 2–4 business days after approval.
